Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- An incorrect product is delivered.
- The product is defective upon arrival.
Return Request
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide supporting images.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned unless defective.
